Those who will make any presentation in the Congress are exempted from registration fee(s). Registration fee is 250 TL per capita for domestic representatives, and 125 € for those from abroad.  

Registration fee provides such benefits as proceedings book/e-book, giveaways, caterings and profit in social and cultural activities with discount.  

Institutions and cooperation to send the list may have registered multiple delegates.  

The ones who unaffiliated to CGE are required to deposit registration fee(s) to any of the account numbers below before March 15^th, 2010. Registration fee will not be paid back. 

Undergraduate students may follow the sessions as free of charge.
