Oral Presentations

The duration of oral presentations is 20 minutes, including 5 minutes discussions.

PowerPoint presentations are the preferred format. Speakers must check in their presentations at least 1 hour before their session begins. Presenters do not need to bring a laptop, as presentations will be loaded onto a main computer. It is recommended that presenters bring flash disc copies of their presentations. Please note that there will be no facilities for slide or overhead projection. All presentations should be prepared on electronic media.

Poster Presentations

Poster sessions will be held in parallel to the Scientific Sessions. For each poster, display space will be allocated on the freestanding display boards. Posters must be in 120 cm wide (across) x 90 cm long (down). Poster displays are particularly encouraged, and those wishing to present some aspects of their work in this form should contact the Organizing Committee.
