LOCATION AND THE TIME

The congress will be organized in Izmir / Turkey and it is already for three days. It will start on 2^nd February 2010 Tuesday at 09:30 with opening speeches and continue with papers and an open session and a general evaluation which will take place on 4^th February 2010 Saturday between 14:00-18:00.

There will be a technical field trip on marble and natural stones on 5^th and 6^th February 2010. This technical trip starting from Izmir will continue in Ephesus and then in Hierapolis (Pamukkale) where ancient quarries and small factories related to marble and natural stones will be seen. It will also cover the touristic spots. The fee of the trip will be declared on the first announcement of the congress.
